Owner Troy Peterson started his career as a detailer at one of Seattle’s most respected collision facilities. He spent 18 years mastering every aspect of the craft before purchasing his first shop in Lynnwood in 2005, followed by the Everett location in 2006. That hands-on foundation shows in everything from the quality of our auto body repair work to the way we communicate with customers at every step. Both of our location managers have been part of the team for over 20 years, and most of our technicians have worked alongside Troy for 15 years or more. This is a family-run, locally owned business with deep roots in the community, not a franchise operation where you’re just another ticket number.
